This standard shall apply where there is a proximate audience that is not part of the live fire training evolution.
1.1.13 Facilities in or at which pyrotechnics are to be used or stored shall comply with the applicable provisions of NFPA 101, Life Safety Code. Pyrotechnics shall be permitted to be used in accordance with the provisions of NFPA 101, 13.7.2, where approved by the authority having jurisdiction.
