资讯：为了预防在建工地发生火灾，5月20日，东营消防支队垦利大队对县区内的在建工地进行消防安全检查。防火监督人员在检查时发现，一企业在建设工程中违法降低消防技术标准施工，外墙保温材料未按规定采用A级保温材料，违反了《中华人民共和国消防法》第九条之规定。防火监督人员依据《中华人民共和国消防法》第五十九条第一项，依法对该单位处以责令停止施工，并处罚款人民币壹万元整的处罚。
